      Job Summary:

      - Lead the Employee Communications Specialist team in managing and maintaining the organization, publication, and documentation aspects of Employee Communications tools and projects
      - Interact regularly with senior executives
      - Provide project leadership
      - Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience

      Core Responsibilities:

      - Manage the organization, documentation, and publication of all customer-impacting content and communications
      - Coordinate with content providers in the design and development of job aids, learning tools, and other communications to improve user efficiency
      - Craft strategy and messaging; review and edit content of communications materials to ensure content meets established communications standards and guidelines before publication
      - Ensure prior approvals are coordinated and acquired prior to any document dissemination
      - Maintain existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance

      Design and Maintain User Feedback Reporting Systems:

      - Provide actionable insight to ensure efficient communications performance
      - Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
      - Keep communications fresh, creative, and engaging

      Provide Mentoring and Guidance:

      - Mentor and guide Employee Communications Specialist team

      Specifications:

      - Leadership and / or Point of Contact experience required
      - Einstein 360 and MS Office Suite (Word, PPT, Excel) required
      - Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment required
      - Strong Communications background required
      - Strong Written Communications skills required

      Salary:

      - National Pay Range: $54,218.12 USD - $127,073.72 USD

      Employer intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Employer provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
