What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct thorough, prompt, and objective investigations into allegations of misconduct and policy violations
- Develop investigation plans, conduct interviews, and collect data effectively
- Collaborate with various departments across the organization
- Document all interview notes and case documentation in a timely manner
- Provide expertise to management on employment and labor law matters
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or related fields
- 3 or more years of experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or corporate law
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and credibility within the organization
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 or more years of experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or corporate law
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or related fields
