      This role performs all Operations Imaging Center production tasks along with pre prep, job setup and scheduling. This role is vital in working each phase of the imaging production process from the first phase through the last phase.

      Responsibilities:

      Team Lead

      11am - 7:30pm CT

      COMP:$22/hr
      LOCATION: IN - PERSON - 1801 Park View Dr. Shoreview, MN 55126

      • Perform inbounding and pre prep functions, as needed.

      • Provide work direction to less senior staff

      • Complete FOIA and file requests for customer in a timely manner which may mean searching on site for the box or ordering through RAILS.

      • Clearly communicate with customer any issues and work to resolve them ASAP

      • Final quality check on and corrections post production.

      • Quality and Error analysis

      • Manage the Match and Merge with both customer and production team.

      • Ensure work in-process aligns with meeting service level agreements

      • Assists supervisors/management in reporting

      • Monitor Kofax for old batches and keep current to 30 days or less.

      • Troubleshoot scanner or batch class issues and correct with assistance of IT when necessary. (Error management)

      • Adhere and utilize DMS Imaging Center SOP’s/guidelines and forms.

      • Other duties, as specified by Supervisor/Manager.

      Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:

      • Familiarity with imaging and other related technology.

      • Ability and experience to perform all imaging tasks with a strong understanding of imaging quality measurement techniques and processes.

      • Experience with customer interaction. Must display good written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with coworkers and Management.

      • Ability to maintain and work with in Excel and/or Sheets

      • Ability to schedule personnel and manage project workflow to meet SLA’s.

      • Minimum business expertise required.

      • This role is responsible specifically for their job assignments and the success of those assignments.

      • This role requires internal and external contact. This communication may consist of verbal communication or written personnel via email.
