What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Write, edit, and update online legal content focused on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
- Maintain and develop expertise in corporate and M&A topics, ensuring resources reflect the latest legal developments
- Collaborate with other editors and services on content planning and production
- Assist with sales demonstrations and marketing initiatives, including webinars
- Support product development and innovation using AI-based legal technology tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Juris Doctor and current license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
- Minimum of eight years’ experience as a corporate and M&A lawyer at a law firm or as in-house counsel
- Significant expertise in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions
- In-depth knowledge of the Delaware General Corporation Law and related case law
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and technical drafting proficiency

- Experience using AI-based legal technology tools
- A passion for improving legal services and a collaborative attitude
- Familiarity with drafting and negotiating M&A agreements and corporate forms
