What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Write, edit, and update legal know-how and current awareness resources in corporate law and M&A
- Maintain expertise on corporate and M&A topics, ensuring content reflects the latest legal developments
- Collaborate with other editors on content planning and peer review processes
- Develop relationships with industry professionals to ensure content relevance
- Assist with sales demonstrations and marketing initiatives, including webinars
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Juris Doctor and current license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Minimum of eight years’ experience as a corporate and M&A lawyer
- Significant expertise in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions
- In-depth knowledge of Delaware General Corporation Law and related legal practices
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and clarity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using AI-based legal technology tools
- Demonstrated ability to foster relationships and work collaboratively in various environments
- Familiarity with drafting and negotiating M&A agreements and corporate forms
