      The Senior Specialist of Marketing Analytics will be responsible for analyzing website data and conversion metrics , reporting, and developing insights to support increased digital performance and growth. The ideal candidate will have experience as a leader managing implementation and reporting with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 for company/ enterprise websites and have experience in marketing automation and lead management platforms (Salesforce Pardot preferred).

      You will have a data science background and a performance marketing mindset. Key functions of this role will be to analyze data from multiple data points, construct the data into insights and form these insights into recommendations that can be implemented, tested, and optimized on our campaign landing pages, websites and lead generation flow. We are seeking an individual that is analytical, creative, and collaborative, who will help elevate the performance of M arketing at FactSet.

      In this role, you will:

      • Function as the internal lead and owner for reporting on website performance on business impact

      • Own the implementation and maintenance of tracking - Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager – defining key metrics to enable data driven analysis and reporting

      • Have a deep understanding of digital marketing journeys and website performance and work regularly with technical, UX, marketing and product teams to analyze and optimize FactSet’s digital marketing experience.

      • Deeply u nderstand connection between site analytics, marketing automation and CRM platforms to support web a nalysis and reporting needs . Salesforce Account Engagement & CRM experience a plus.

      • Recommend process and system enhancements to improve connection and attribution models between site metrics and lead and sales pipeline.

      • Develop and regularly deliver reports on digital marketing activity across key touch points ( using Google Analytics , paid advertising platforms and Pardot as data sources ) that include insights on prospect engagement and track user paths to provide actionable recommendations that inform future marketing activities such as website optimizations, testing, and customer targeting.

      • Lead projects and pitch ideas for performance improvements including designing, implementing, and reporting on A/B tests and personalization.

      • Build Reporting dashboards and data studios to allow for Marketing stakeholders to view site data.

      • Work regularly with technical team to integrate analytics, tracking and Google Tag Manager

      • Regularly review best practices and identify ways we can improve our tracking and adapt to industry changes.

      Qualifications/ r equirements:

      • Bachelors' degree in marketing, data science, communications, business, or related field

      • Google Analytics certified

      • 6+ years' experience working with Google Analytics or comparable web analytics platform

      • Experience over the past 6 months working in Google Analytics 4 as a primary analytics platform

      • Experience analyzing web data to drive marketing strategy and decision-making

      • Experience working with marketing automation platform (preferably Salesforce Pardot) and its connection with CRM (preferably Salesforce CRM)

      • Strong experience in creating and maintaining data visualization tools ( e.g. Google Data Studio / Looker , Tableau , Datorama etc.)

      • Strong Collaborator, working with multi-discipline teams to make decisions and drive performance

      • Strong communication skills with experience presenting concise, actionable reports to global marketing leads

      • Experience with planning and execution of demand generation campaigns

      • Experience in optimizing digital assets via A/B testing and personalization

      • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

      • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

      • Knowledge of financial services industry and B2B experience is a plus

      The budgeted amount range for this position in the State of Connecticut and NYC is $80,000 - $100,000.
