      About The Role:

      As part of the Global Omnichannel Delivery team within GBS Commercial Operations, The Associate Solution Owner will be responsible for understanding business requirements associated with website / MCRM / OCE RTE / Omnichannel campaign delivery demand and redefining those requirements into actionable instructions to be handed off to the different Operational Delivery teams such as CDH, Tagging, MCRM, OCE, and website teams using Self-service tools like ODAT, OJM, SSD etc., In this role, you will be the liaison between the Brand Strategy and Technical/Operational Delivery teams, which requires a solid understanding of both the business marketing strategy and the multi-functional processes that drive development.

      The Associate Solution Owner must be ready to work independently on ambitious initiatives, demonstrate respect for their peers, and have the courage to stand up for doing the right thing. The successful candidate must be capable of providing direction to those that do not report to them and tap into their expertise and experience to influence decisions. At the same, they must listen and stay open-minded as it relates to the input of others, and ultimately foster a collaborative environment while working across business and technical teams to deliver solutions.

      Job Roles & Responsibilities:

      • Responsible for understanding the business marketing strategy and then redefining those requirements into comprehensive and concrete technical instructions to be handed off to omnichannel specialists and Operational Delivery teams.

      • Responsible for creating JIRA tickets/project level/epic/stories and assigning them to the respective development teams.

      • Responsibilities include the verification of TASR and promptly reporting any issues to OML. I confidently act as a bridge between the Tagging and CDH teams, aiding with configuration and promptly addressing any inquiries to ensure the successful completion of all tasks.

      • Collaborate with delivery experts who possess specialized skills in various tools related to omnichannel campaign delivery, such as web assembly, content production, email automation, Tealium configuration, and reporting.

      • Work closely with the Omnichannel Program Manager to provide timely guidance to team leaders and technical personnel during the development phase. Furthermore, aid in devising plans to mitigate risks and ensure the triumphant execution of the overall Brand projects.

      • To facilitate the ability of SO and Program managers to competently manage inquiries from various operations delivery teams during IST hours.

      • Establishing direct internal and external integration, constructing highly effective campaigns, managing the seamless coordination of business acceptance testing, and ensuring flawless launch readiness.

      • Work in both a hands-on manner in creating omnichannel campaign delivery instructions within AZ tools (Jira, ODAT, etc.) and demand capture templates, while also collaborating with and providing direction to tool-specific business analysts as vital.

      • Responsible for User Acceptance based on Sprint Demos. Coordinates end-to-end testing involving connected Adobe Campaigns.

      • Support Omnichannel specialists by collaborating with SO and OML for any Omnichannel brand campaigns.

      • Connect and collaborate with delivery teams, regularly participating in Daily Sprint Stand-ups

      • Contribute to the success of the team by supporting the onboarding of new team members.

      • Documenting standard operating procedures and creating new SOP for the new implementations.

      • Co-ordinating with the SEO team for the Metadata creations to handover the metadata for further implementation into the web pages by the Web services team

      Education: bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or equivalent degree.

      Experience: You must have at least 5 years of experience in.

      • Technical Project Management including risk mitigation & planning.

      • Digital Marketing Implementation

      • Database management and data integration set up and testing including Lead generation and Master Data systems.

      • Coordination of Website development and digital channels

      • Multichannel and Omnichannel campaign delivery

      • Demonstrated leadership and coordination of teams to deliver a single cohesive strategy.

      • Configuration and working experience in MAP tools like Adobe Campaign etc.,

      • Working experience in Tagging & Orchestrion tools like Tealium etc.,

      • Reporting tools experience like Power BI, Adobe Analytics, etc.,

      • MS Office proficiency especially in Excel.

      • Solid understanding and experience of digital channels including Websites, CRM Emails, CDPs, ODAT, etc.

      • Experience with tools associated with Task Management

      • Knowledge or experience with Agile ways of working.

      Skills and Competencies:

      Minimum

      • Certification in Task management tools, Agile, and Scrum is added advantage.

      • Experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry

      • Advanced degree in a relevant field

      • Multichannel and Omnichannel campaign delivery

      • Demonstrated leadership and coordination of teams to deliver a single cohesive strategy.

      • Must be proactive in obtaining detailed requirements from Marketers and Strategists when the level of vital information describing an omnichannel campaign is not provided in initial discussions.

      • Complex Project Development Experience

      • Requires an extensive eye for business and an awareness of how Marketers seek to create customer-centric omnichannel experiences for their customers.

      • Solid understanding of digital channels including Websites, CRM Emails, CDPs, ODAT, etc.
