What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with academic partners to provide strategies and academic reinforcement for students preparing for the NCLEX-RN exam
- Create and implement personalized remediation plans tailored to individual student needs
- Communicate and document students' academic progress toward achieving learning outcomes
- Provide virtual availability to meet the needs of students, including evenings or weekends
- Coordinate lab experiences and serve as faculty in virtual lab settings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in Nursing required
- Minimum of 5 years as a Registered Nurse in a clinical practice setting
- At least 2 years of experience in an academic environment supporting classroom instruction or specialized tutoring
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to connect virtually and in-person
- Maintenance of a current, unencumbered IL RN license and compact RN license

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ year experience in online teaching/tutoring/coaching of prelicensure nursing programs
- Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) Certification
