What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with academic partners and faculty to support students' academic success and NCLEX-RN exam preparation
- Create and implement personalized remediation plans for students, assessing learning styles and academic development opportunities
- Provide virtual availability to meet student needs, including evenings or weekends
- Coordinate lab experiences and serve as faculty in virtual lab settings as needed
- Manage outreach to at-risk students and report metrics for implementing success strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in Nursing required
- Minimum of 5 years as a Registered Nurse in a clinical practice setting
- At least 2 years of experience in an academic environment supporting classroom instruction or specialized tutoring
- Maintenance of a current, unencumbered IL RN license
- Excellent communication and analytical skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ year experience in online teaching/tutoring/coaching of prelicensure nursing programs
- Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) Certification
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
