What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide engagement and coaching to promote academic success and prepare students for the NCLEX-RN exam
- Develop individualized Next Generation NCLEX study plans, activities, and workshops
- Communicate and document students' academic progress to academic leadership
- Offer advising, mentoring, and tutoring to navigate the online learning environment
- Coordinate and oversee lab experiences to meet course objectives and assess student competencies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Nursing required
- Minimum of 5 years as a Registered Nurse in a clinical practice setting
- At least 2 years of experience in an academic environment supporting classroom instruction or specialized tutoring
- Must maintain a current, unencumbered IL RN license and a current unencumbered compact RN license
- BLS CPR certification required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ year of experience in online teaching/tutoring/coaching of pre-licensure nursing programs
- Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) Certification
