What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with academic partners, faculty, and staff to support students in their academic programs and NCLEX-RN exam preparation
- Assess students' learning styles and create personalized remediation plans
- Communicate and document students' academic progress to academic leadership
- Provide advising, mentoring, tutoring, and guidance to help students navigate the online learning environment
- Coordinate and oversee lab experiences to ensure students meet course objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- 5+ years as a Registered Nurse in a clinical practice setting
- 2+ years of experience in an academic environment supporting classroom instruction or specialized tutoring
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse backgrounds
- Maintenance of a current, unencumbered IL RN license and compact RN license

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ year experience in online teaching/tutoring/coaching of prelicensure nursing programs
- Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) Certification
