      Are you an experienced SAP Access Management Specialist, ready to develop and implement secure solutions for a leading FMCG company? Join our team, where you can utilize your skills in SAP Access Management and help leading the entire process from gathering requirements to delivering solutions.

      “You will be a part of Arla's ART (Agile Release Train) named DSI – Digital Services & Infrastructure, and work alongside a talented team responsible for delivering IT infrastructure across key technology platforms. In the Identity and Access Management area (IAM), we are looking for an Senior Specialist to join the team and provide support to other teams within the train and IT department”, says Jonathan Magnussen.

      How you will make an impact

      As a Senior Specialist, you will drive ongoing deliverables to the business while following architectural guidance and collaborating closely with the Arla business, the IAM department in our operational department and the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Our IAM strategy revolves around strengthening the security, minimizing risk while also making our solutions easy to use for our business.

      Your daily work will involve a leading participation in agile ceremonies, planning, execution, and delivery to ensure complete satisfaction from the end-users. We highly value improvement ideas and feedback as part of our daily culture. You will on an ongoing basis coordinate with IT Architects, Business Role Owners and Compliance Team to align with Arla policies. You will likewise be responsible for enforcing Arla security policies and procedures by performing periodic reviews of security reports.

      Further, you will work with:

      • Project support and advisory
      • Provide support for users with security-related problems or questions about the systems administered
      • Develop awareness and understanding of SAP Security products
      • Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation
      • Ensure that SAP security standards are well integrated into systems.

      What will make you successful

      You are a goal-oriented individual who demonstrates leadership and collaborates effectively with agile teams, Product Owners, IT Architects, and key stakeholders. Your role will require working in a complex stakeholder environment that spans different cultures, so strong facilitation skills and the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds are essential.

      Furthermore, you have:

      • Deep understanding of SAP role design and development
      • Experience with troubleshooting and handling of authorization issues
      • Experience with SAP GRC Access Control – customizing work flows and maintaining BRF+ rules. Maintaining ruleset.
      • Experience with access control frame work and mitigating controls
      • Knowledge about with S/4HANA, SAP BTP and Fiori
      • Experience with user and role management in SAP Cloud systems like Ariba, C4C, IBP and Success Factors.
      • Solid understanding of business processes and the associated best practice required to support them
      • Experience and understanding of IAM tools (preferably experience with SailPoint application).
      • Experience in hyper-care support and management of SAP Projects go live
      • Master’s degree within IT or other relevant area
      • More than 3 years' experience with security concepts and User/Role administration across SAP products: SAP S4 ERP, BI and SAP GRC. Preferably also APO, CRM, HCM, TM, Hybris, SOLMAN, EWM and Event Management.
