Overview OMG23 is the Omnicom Media Group agency dedicated to Walt Disney Studios, Disney+ and Disney’s multiple television networks. Qualifications We encourage you to apply if the below describes your experience and talents: At least 2-3 years of work experience planning, executing and optimizing paid search and paid social marketing campaigns for larger brands, preferably in the Entertainment industry Bachelor’s degree – Marketing Degree, Business Degree desired. Analytical mindset. Strong problem-solving skills that balance quantitative and qualitative thinking Excellent communicator, able to explain complex concepts clearly with strong presentation skills Demonstrated strong work ethic, time management skills, and ability to multi-task Required competency in the following areas: Basic understanding of online marketing including SEM and paid social Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong Excel skills Responsibilities OMG23 is seeking a Senior Specialist, Paid Search and Social Media (Planner/Strategist) for our Search and Social team to work on the Walt Disney account. The Specialist, Paid Search and Social is responsible for strategizing and executing paid search (Google / Bing / YouTube) and social (Facebook / Instagram / Twitter / Snapchat / Pinterest) campaigns. He/she will work closely with offline and digital teams to ensure that strategy aligns with overall media goals. Reporting to a Supervisor, this person will be responsible for building ongoing client relationships while working with the production and project/campaign insights team to develop and execute campaigns. Please note this is a paid media position, not a content creation or social community management role. Responsibilities include: Develop, manage, execute, and report on paid search and social efforts across various search and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.) Including but not limited to: account setup, strategy development, organization, and management Create and develop audience targeting to drive incremental improvement Demonstrate proficiency with basic bid management and optimizations Thorough QA of all campaign executions and reporting Report and analyze on key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement Daily management of campaign budgets, on-site conversion actions, bid management, negative keyword strategies, website and category exclusions, ad creative, and landing page revisions based on performance history and the client's objectives Recognize campaign issues and escalate appropriately Monitor and optimize campaigns appropriately based on clients’ goals and data analysis Able to work and prioritize within timelines, and effectively communicate in both verbal and written This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA. Compensation Range: $40,000 - $75,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
