      Position Summary...

      What you'll do...

      As a Sr Specialist Technician – Technology Support, you will be responsible for delivering continuous improvement of field technician services and processes by evaluating reports to identify trends and areas of improvement. You will be troubleshooting and resolving complex issues for example, engaging impacted associates for system down issues and gathering needed information and formulating an action plan. This position will also require you to manage and resolve critical customer incidents, requests, and escalations received through various communications (for example, phone calls, email, system software, walk-ups) independently by identifying incident and business partner needs.

      Location: REMOTE

      Shift: 2nd from 5pm – 2am

      Available Schedules:

      • Sunday – Thursday

      • Monday – Friday

      • Tuesday – Saturday

      You’ll make an impact by…

      • Supporting the Support Tech Chat by troubleshooting and resolving issues in real time.

      • Learning pre-boarding and cross-training application access processes.

      • Partnering with other teams within the Care Org for access validation as well as other team teams to resolve access and application issues.

      • Monitoring team and area service level queues.

      • Assisting in issue resolution based on urgency of incident, request, or escalation.

      • Expending knowledge on applications from an administrator perspective.

      • Analyzing data and driving projects to completion.

      • Installing software, or enabling assets (for example, hardware, equipment, software, media, coordinating delivery of new equipment) once approved.

      You’ll sweep us off our feet if…

      • You have previously worked in a help desk position where you have troubleshooted and resolved issues.

      • You have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

      • You are proficient in MS Office.

      • You have experience with Oracle or other CRM software.

      • You have a strong attention to detail and multi-tasking.

      Required Qualifications:

      • 1 – 3 years’ experience of Information Technology and Project Management

      • 0 – 1 years’ experience of Investigations

      • 0 – 1 years’ experience of installing computer hardware or software and help desk

      • 0 – 1 years’ experience managing challenging workforce issues
