- Support the business through regular and ad-hoc reporting of P&L and performance measures
- Analyze and articulate financial impacts of business unit activities and market environment
- Prepare, distribute and present monthly earnings
- Lead/participate in process improvements and support ERP stabilization and Finance/Business Transformation initiatives
- Propose and develop alternative supply reporting methodologies
- Utilize data analysis and visualization tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI) to simplify and automate
- Ensure SAP S4 master data, pricing and deal setups are accurate and managed appropriately to facilitate accurate financial results
- Systems/applications used: SAP/TSW, Excel, Alteryx
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 2 or more years of experience working with an energy commodity supply and trading business
- Self-motivated with a high level of personal initiative to proactively identify and resolve issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail focus with emphasis on accuracy and continuous improvement
- Ability to categorize and analyze information in multiple ways
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to meet demands of monthly closing schedule
- Highly responsive to key internal customers
- Desire to gain an understanding of commercial supply activity

The Financial Planning and Analysis position is a great developmental opportunity to gain an understanding of power and gas and/or clean products (gasoline/distillate) activity/assets, regional supply/demand dynamics and Commercial Supply’s role in the integrated value chain. The role helps management understand the financial impacts of ratability, resupply and inventory. There are significant opportunities to interact and develop relationships with Scheduling, Exchange, VCS&O and Controllers, and also work closely with power and gas trading FP&A analysts.
