What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive solutions to support the Finance department's current and future needs using systems expertise
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the software development lifecycle
- Lead design sessions to ensure systems are efficient and aligned with business expectations
- Collaborate with Finance leaders to establish a vision and technology roadmap for the Finance Data Lake/Warehouse
- Analyze and translate business specifications into technical specifications for implementation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 20+ years of experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, Workday, or SAP)
- 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
- 5+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart and various Financial Reporting tools
- Strong working knowledge of data processing and transformation using ETL/ELT tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years as a lead or architect supporting Financials via major vendors (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, Workday, or SAP)
- Experience in implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions via tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Deep Finance domain expertise to work with senior Finance leaders on system solutions
- Strong understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and Reforecasting processes
- Knowledge of project management techniques and methodologies
