      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive solutions to support Finance Systems that align with departmental and organizational needs
      - Collaborate with Finance Leaders and technology teams to meet business objectives
      - Lead design sessions to ensure efficient system designs that meet business expectations
      - Develop project roadmaps in partnership with Business Sponsors, prioritizing objectives and resources
      - Analyze and translate business specifications into technical requirements to enhance Finance operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions
      - 5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications
      - 5+ years of experience with Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart and Financial Reporting tools
      - Strong working knowledge of ETL/ELT tools and SQL for data processing and transformation
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5+ years as a lead or architect supporting Financials via major ERP vendors
      - Deep Finance domain expertise to interpret process and functional needs into system solutions
      - Experience in implementing Revenue or Expense analytical solutions using tools like Power BI or Tableau
