      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with project sponsors and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget
      - Create and manage detailed project schedules, documentation, and change control processes
      - Identify project risks and present implementable solutions or alternatives
      - Coordinate project activities across multiple systems, departments, and teams
      - Report progress and key metrics to align leadership and staff on project delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 12 years of experience managing large-scale Finance Technology programs
      - At least 10 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or equivalent roles
      - Strong program and project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery
      - Working knowledge and experience with Workday Financials
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with business leaders across Technology and Finance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with industry-leading ERP solutions such as PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Hyperion, or SAP
      - Certification in PMP or Scrum methodologies
      - Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
      - Experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
      - Knowledge of LEAN principles and practices
