      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with project sponsors and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget
      - Create and maintain detailed project schedules, change control processes, and documentation
      - Identify and manage project risks while presenting implementable solutions or alternatives
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software lifecycle to drive solutions
      - Analyze costs and forecasts, incorporating them into business plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 12+ years of experience in managing large-scale Finance Systems projects
      - Proven program/project management skills with successful project/product delivery at scale
      - Strong understanding of Accounting processes and Management reporting
      - Experience with industry-leading ERP solutions such as PeopleSoft or Oracle
      - PMI/PMP or Scrum certification

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience or certification in LEAN principles and practices
      - Strong experience/awareness of ADO GitHub
      - Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
      - Experience solving analytical problems with quantitative approaches
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
