What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with product managers, team members, customers, and other engineering teams to solve complex problems
- Execute a strategic software development plan for IaaS, focusing on security, performance, and efficiency
- Own accountability for the quality, usability, and performance of software solutions
- Share best practices and improve processes across teams
- Fulfill on-call responsibilities and provide operational support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong software engineering and system architecture background
- 8+ years of PaaS and IaaS software development experience
- 5+ years specializing in system design and implementation
- Proficient in Kubernetes (K8s) with hands-on experience in cluster provisioning and management
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker, Podman, and Rancher
- Knowledgeable in security best practices for secure configurations and data protection
- Relevant cloud and container certifications
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
