What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate programming deliverables such as datasets, tables, figures, and listings for study reports and integrated summaries using SAS
- Perform quality reviews of analysis datasets and TFL programs developed by other programmers and biostatisticians
- Coordinate programming activities for multiple clinical research studies or projects
- Serve as a statistical programming lead and ensure the integrity of data reporting
- Communicate project priorities and status updates to team members and management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree or higher in Biostatistics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in statistical programming or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Extensive experience with SAS software, including the development and use of SAS Macros
- In-depth understanding of clinical programming and statistical programming processes and standards
- Proven experience in leading statistical programming activities in clinical research or a CRO setting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced knowledge in CDISC standards (CDASH, SDTM, ADaM)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
