What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform high-quality engineering services on waterfront infrastructure for the employer's Port and River clients
- Manage a team of direct reports, including engineers and designers in the Port and River Group
- Serve as a technical resource for the company and early career engineers
- Act as the point of contact for clients and collaborate with a team of engineers and designers across multiple disciplines
- Lead the preparation of proposals, design documents, and project deliverables
- Conduct site observations/evaluations with potential travel to construction sites

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a structural emphasis
- Professional Engineer license
- 8+ years of experience in structural engineering, including seismic experience (marine experience preferred)
- Proven ability to manage clients, projects, and staff

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in large maritime infrastructure projects
