      The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a Senior Student Support Advisor for our new Nottingham Study Centre.

      We are looking for a someone with excellent customer care skills to be the first point of call for all of our student body. As a Senior you will have a focus on deputising for the Team Leader in their absence, as well as dealing with escalated queries, and developing and coaching the existing Student Support Advisors to handle more complex queries in the first instance. You will also specialise in onboarding and induction of new students.

      *The new Study Centre will open late Monday to Thursday. You will need to work two evenings until 8pm on a rota basis to cover these hours during Study Blocks.

      About You:

      You will need to have considerable experience of working in a front-line customer facing capacity, having been a point of contact for escalated queries. You will have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills to be able to deal with a wide range of people from different cultures and backgrounds, as well has having a pro-active approach to problem solving, and a passion for identifying improved ways of working. Experience of working in an HE or FE environment, and training other team members, would be an advantage.
