Execute creative concepts and build layouts within production guidelines.
Generate new ideas and execute innovative designs across various media and channels.
Implement design and production skills across various media and channels.
Ability to switch seamlessly between design and production in print, digital, presentation, branding, and motion disciplines.
Assist in training and mentoring new hires, Junior, and Mid-level employees to foster skill development and growth.
Makes corrections to layouts (art and copy) as indicated by brand team or client.
Review and design products and make necessary corrections to layouts (art and copy) based on feedback from the brand team or clients to ensure accuracy and completeness of changes.
Collaborates with Art Directors during preliminary/concepting stages of work to provide composite artwork utilizing current design software. May also assist in creating or editing charts, graphs, logos, etc.
Take charge of handling and leading calls with teams in the network, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Execute layouts based on creative briefs or art direction.
Translate designs across media and bring ideas to life.
Think art and design centric.
Excellent skills in typography, color, photography, and art.
Advanced knowledge of web, interactive, presentation, and motion design.
Basic understanding of UX/UI design concepts.
Ability to translate designs across various media.
Experience creating design materials true to brand identity and style guidelines.
Follow branding guidelines to deliver pieces based on creative instruction and marketing needs.
Switch seamlessly between design and production.
Strong knowledge of production concepts for various media (print, web, motion).
Strong knowledge of layer comps, design systems, mobile design, desktop applications and emails.
Skill in prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects concurrently, meeting established deadlines.
Clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned with project objectives.
Capacity to adapt to changes in project requirements or client priorities, adjusting plans and strategies as needed.
English proficiency, B2+ level
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, interactive design, advertising, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience
Pharmaceutical advertising agency experience a plus
Proficiency in digital production software including Adobe CS (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD), Adobe Acrobat, Sketch, Figma, Pre-Flight software.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Deadline driven, detail oriented, and organized.
Ability to conceive 3-dimensionally and ability to illustrate a plus.
