- Pro-actively engages in experimentation and innovation to drive continuous improvement with TA goals.
- Provides leadership and GSK expertise to technology product teams composed of GSK FTEs, strategic partners and software vendors
- Contributes to release planning and roadmaps working closely with Product Owners
- Cross team delivery: Mastery of complex facilitation and dependency management techniques (cross team, cross department)
- Lead ideation sessions, familiarizing and applying concept of design thinking and agile methodologies, then working with senior internal and external stakeholders to align to specific strategies and priorities.
- Masters Degree (MBA) in computer science or related field is desirable although relevant experience is equally valuable.
- Experience in Marketing Automation, Analytics, CDP, Cookies, Tags
- Experience in content personalization and A/B testing
- Experience in solution design, programme and product delivery and service management
- Experience in delivering business impact through process and Tech enabled solutions
- Experience of vendor management
- Excellent relationship management, strong influencing and communication skills
- Content knowledge of respective functional area helpful (business operating models, processes & products)
- Fluency in English
- Marketing Automation (email campaigns, websites personalisation, audiences segmentation, analytics and decision engines)

The Senior Manager, Digital Strategy & Engagement is responsible for all aspects of tech enabled digital capabilities for one or a series of Global TAs within the Global Medical Affairs organization. This role is accountable for digital and omnichannel capabilities for specific TAs and Brands. This person partners with global medical affairs team members and other members of the Digital and Technology teams to enable value through both novel and proven digital approaches.
The Senior Manager will demonstrate the ability to help TAs upskill their capabilities in tech, digital and data. The priority of the Senior Manager will be to build relationships of trust, be accepted into the related TA and asset teams and be able to influence and help inform decisions into future facing capabilities that drive the business forward. A perfect candidate is seen to being critical to the annual business operations plans for a TA.
