  What the Candidate Will Do

  • Facilitate meetings (external customer-facing and internal) using our best practices
  • Ensure expectations around deliverables are mutually understood. Obtain customer approvals
  • Keep project artifacts updated. Develop and maintain milestone chart
  • Develop and maintain full project schedule. Hold team members accountable for providing deliverables on time and within budget
  • Identify logistics and supply chain improvement solutions for customers
  • Develop project status reports and review with the internal team and customer. Capture project lessons learned
  • Use collaboration tools for weekly project status update and all project document storage
  • Distribute project survey and compile results
  • Help team members remove barriers to completing deliverables successfully
  • Build procurement events and lead strategy, scenario reviews, analytical reports and ad hoc data/reporting requests throughout the procurement event

  Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Industrial Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of related work experience

  Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years Logistics and Supply Chain management experience
  • Knowledge and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
  • Quantifiable experience with owning a book of business, driving new business development, and developing existing business relationships
  • Experience leading teams, coaching and mentoring, and team building
