Job Description
- Req#: 24-14248
- Bs degree in Supply Chain Management/ logistician/OTHER with 7+ years experience in heavy engagement with internal and external partners to troubleshoot and drive standardized retail compliance processes along with experience in B2B / B2C interactions Tracking & Tracing of Freight.
- Prepare work orders & routing for Transportation, Scheduling International / Domestic shipments.
- Invoice and Efile email to vendors, buyers.
- Merchandising, operations and others.
- Manage the order fulfillment for assigned retailers and marketplace accounts, work with Sales, customers, 3PLs and freight and 3PL IT systems and portals.
- Ensure compliance with retailer and shipping for packaging, labeling and shipping.
- Handle customer requests to return goods.
- Support the onboarding of new retailers and marketplaces.
Job Description:
Pay Range: $80000yr - $85000yr
