      Supply Operations is at the core of GroupMu2019s publisher partnerships, expertly managing technical relationships with Broadcast, CTV, digital, audio and DOOH partners . Weu2019re the go-to team for everything on the operational side of supply, overseeing daily functionality with SSP partners to ensure seamless and efficient execution. u202F u00A0

      The Senior Operations Executive is responsible for providing product, data and technical operational support across both internal and external stakeholders. This role will also support testing and development of new and existing publishers , tech and products, as required , a s well as managing daily reporting tasks for the team. This role reports to the Senor Technical Operations Manager. u202F u202F u00A0

      Responsibilities u202F u202F u00A0

      • u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Support the delivery and day-to-day management of our supply and tech partners for Display, Audio , Video and AdvancedTV products
        • Assist with day-today relationship with supply partners u202F
        • Manage the operational set up of deals within GroupMu2019s supply platforms
        • Manage the teamu2019s regular publisher delivery and performance reporting requirements sharing daily updates with the team , using this data to understand and call out issues and trends in the data
        • Provide QA support for changes within the SSPs
        • Support Senior Managers with new publisher integrations
      • u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Assist with the compilation and maintenance of documentation for internal and external use
      • u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Support and help identify and troubleshoot technical issues u202Fu202F u00A0
      • u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Collaborate with the GroupM Commercial Supply Solutions team on understanding and actioning inventory changes when necessary
      • u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Contribute and assist with platform and publisher development and help to manage comms to wider teams around testing and platform updates
      • u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0u00A0 Become an expert in GroupMu2019s programmatic technology partners, including but not limited to Magnite, Pubmatic , Index, Microsoft

      The ideal candidate: u202F u202F u00A0

      The candidate should have experience within ad operations, campaign management or a similar role . They should have an understanding of programmatic standards and the programmatic ecosystem, with an interest in the changing digital landscape . A n enthusiastic and flexible approach to tasks and problem solving is essential.

      Experience: u202F u202F u00A0

      • 1-2 yearsu2019 experience working within an ad operation s , programmatic campaign management or similar role
      • Experience of working with either a n SSP, DSP or both
      • Numerate , with the ability to perform data analysis u202Fu202F u00A0
      • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
      • Familiarity with Teams, Visio and other Microsoft products will be helpful
      • Good attention to detail u202Fu202F u00A0
      • A creative approach to problem solving u202Fu202F u00A0
      • Strong organisational and clear communication skills u202Fu202F u00A0
      • Exposure to programmatic troubleshooting or knowledge of programmatic landscape
