      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide advanced application support and issue resolution for the CGI Work Management Information System (WMIS)
      - Lead L2/L3 application support activities for integrated systems such as Maximo, GIS, and SAP
      - Perform incident triage and root cause analysis while coordinating resolution of complex application issues
      - Monitor interface health and batch job performance across integrated platforms
      - Guide junior support engineers and maintain up-to-date Knowledge Base (KB) and documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in application support or a related field
      - Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL for data analysis and backend validations
      - Strong understanding of ITIL processes and change management
      - Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to manage high-severity incidents
      - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate issues into improvement opportunities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with CGI WMIS and integrated systems such as Maximo and GIS
      - Experience in leading technical teams or mentoring junior engineers
      - Knowledge of performance monitoring and optimization techniques
      - Previous involvement in service performance reviews and reporting
      - Certification in ITIL or related frameworks
