      Your opportunity

      Reporting into the Sustainability Manager, the Senior Sustainability Advisor will support projects in both tender and delivery phase. This position is based in the head office in North Sydney.

      The role is responsible for:

      • Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve sustainability outcomes in both construction and operation
      • Reporting on sustainability performance, including tracking metrics against the Infrastructure Sustainability (IS) Rating tool
      • Working in collaboration with the design, procurement and construction teams and disciplines to embed sustainability into project delivery
      • Investigating alternatives and innovations to drive sustainability outcomes on projects

      Our minimum requirements for this role are:

      • Relevant degree in engineering or environmental science and at least 5 years professional experience in sustainability management
      • Infrastructure Sustainability Accredited Professional (ISAP) preferred
      • Ability to influence people, nurture relationships and upskill non- subject matter experts and peers
      • Practical experience in delivering design and as built ratings. Employment history that includes major construction projects is preferred
      • Innovation, enthusiasm and lateral thinking
