  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Support Program Leads in executing multiple globally dispersed projects and assignments
  - Track scope, schedule, and budget for assigned projects, identifying potential risks
  - Coordinate and manage Vendor Requests for Information (RFIs), invoices, and project documents
  - Prepare and update project status reports, dashboards, and maintain files for financials and closeout
  - Actively track project performance against schedules and critical paths
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in IT, construction management, or engineering roles
  - Strong ability to prepare, track, and report on budgets using accounting and management software
  - Understanding of technical and network requirements for utility metering systems
  - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  - Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel applications, with the ability to learn new software quickly
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with networks, security and communication protocols, and building management systems
  - Experience with customs and international logistics
  - Passion for sustainability and creating a positive impact
  - Advanced Excel skills and experience with project management tools like Smartsheets
  - Experience working with corporate clients and an understanding of landlord-tenant relationships
