      Job Description

      Our HR Systems team sits in the HR Ops & Analytics organization and supports our HR technology priorities and related execution work. The Sr Business Analyst reports to the Manager HRIS and is focused on leading efforts around HR systems and mass data management. This role will be key in enabling our HR digital transformation journey regarding HR Case & Knowledge Management. The ideal candidate is highly independent and well versed in project life cycle with gathering business requirements, test process and configuring the systems.

      A day in the life…

      • Analyze opportunities for process improvements and changes to HR processes, and advise on how technology can effectively enable those and build strong partnerships within HR, HR Technology and the broader organizations

      • Assess existing technology and new requests, evaluate them against the shared roadmap and make recommendations about scope, timing, and solution scalability

      • Gather business requirement, write user stories, and help with translating those requirements into system requirements

      • Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, validation, and overall system performance

      • Working with COE’s on knowledge base and maintaining the governance of this process within the system

      • Serve as subject matter expert and support all business processes with hands on configurations within HR applications

      • Manage day to day system administration and data integrity highly independently, including updating foundational data elements, troubleshooting and researching incidents, analyzing root causes, formulating recommendations & providing solutions to business partners, and implementing root cause fixes via system configuration and file feed updates

      • Support mass data imports/exports

      • Provide exceptional customer service through professionalism, ownership, and initiative

      • Provide HR user training and hands-on support

      • Act as subject matter expert and maintain knowledge of trends & developments in systems

      • Mentor other analysts on the team, including actively sharing knowledge to further develop the broader team’s expertise in HR Applications.

      • Responsible for peer review audits and provide feedback

      • Manage special projects and perform other duties as assigned

      You own this if you have...

      • 3+ years of HRIS experience or similar experience in business, project and/or process configurations (combined business, system development and implementation)

      • 2+ years of experience as a business analyst or project lead

      • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and business areas

      • Configuration knowledge in HR Applications, such as Workday

      • Preferred configuration knowledge in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and general platform - HR Table Structure, HR Services & Catalog and Service Now Knowledge

      • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and its variations within the database and impact analysis

      • Experience developing business process flows and wireframes

      • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees across all organizational levels, including communicating with technical & non-technical audiences

      • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including advanced Excel skills

      • Organizational and planning skills, including being able to work reliably and efficiently under demanding deadlines with minimal supervision

      Pay Range Details

      The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.

      California: $76,500 - $144,500 annually, Colorado: $76,500 - $125,500 annually, Nevada: $76,500 - $125,500 annually, New York: $76,500 - $125,500 annually, Rhode Island: $76,500 - $125,500 annually, Washington: $76,500 - $144,500 annually
