      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide operations and maintenance support for custom-built and purchased software programs
      - Support application development and production for software applications within the agency
      - Collaborate with a team to enhance administrative support functions across the organization
      - Analyze and document business processes and requirements/user stories
      - Manage application development projects and align system goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Six (6) years of information systems experience in supporting application development and production
      - An Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or completion of a two (2) year accredited vocational training program, plus four (4) years of information systems experience
      - A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, plus two (2) years of information systems experience
      - A Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field may substitute for all of the above
      - Experience with web-based and object-oriented development in C#.NET, and SQL Server or comparable relational databases

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with structured application design, analysis, modeling, programming, testing, and implementation
      - Knowledge of data analysis and data modeling
      - Experience with Business Intelligence tools
      - Proven ability to promote a culturally competent and diverse work environment
      - Experience developing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) interfaces
