Senior Systems Engineer - (MM) Product Owner

- Decompose requirements, define system interfaces and help determine how requirements will be validated and verified by the test team
- Provide capability and feature designs to the mission management software engineering team in support of agile development
- Represent the organization in matters pertaining to the development of project activity
- Provide engineering support for the execution of a portion of the program’s test program including test processes and baseline definition, test architecture design, verification, and validation
- Support regression testing across deliverable releases to the program baseline
- Support and attend technical reviews and technical interchanges in support of the program
- Active and transferrable TS/SCI U.S. government issued clearance is required prior to start date
- Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations
- Product Owner experience on a large-scale software government contract, within the Mission Management domain and experience with the Atlassian resource suite, specifically: Jira and Confluence
- Experience working in an Agile or DevOps development environment and being part of a highly integrated team working closely with SW, Integration and Verification teams
- Experience in some or all systems engineering functions including operations concept development, system and product design, requirements management, technical risk management, interface definition and control
- Experience establishing and maintaining working relationships with all levels of the organization, including Government Customer, IPT leadership, Technical Leads, Chief Engineers, and System Architects
- Experience communicating status, issues, and resolution plans across all major stakeholders including Raytheon senior management, customers, and major subcontractors as well as experience managing multiple concurrent project deliverables with competing deadlines
- Experience with complex satellite ground systems, particularly previous deployment of
- Scrum Master experience
- Current Product Owner certification
- Experience working in a software development environment
- Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Experience in development of test architecture / framework
- Systems Engineering process development and deployment experience
- Experience overseeing and/or leading Systems Engineering teams
- Experience with application lifecycle management tools/platforms such as Cameo EA, and/or similar resources
