Develop real-time compute performance analysis tools for NVIDIA GPUs running on Linux, Windows, and embedded operating systems.
Write fast, effective, maintainable, reliable, and well crafted code.
Work in partnership with the compiler, architecture, and driver teams at NVIDIA to craft, implement, and verify new features in our compute profiler stack.
Work closely with internal and external partners to take on real-world challenges in the field performance data collection and analysis.
Provide peer reviews to other specialists including feedback on performance overhead, scalability, and correctness.
Document requirements and designs, and review documents with partners.
Demonstrate growth in technical and non-technical abilities.
BS, MS, or equivalent experience in Computer Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of software development experience.
Strong programming ability in C, C++, and scripting languages.
Extensive hands-on programming experience.
Strong software optimization and debugging skills.
Knowledge of software profiling tools.
Basic understanding of computer architecture of x86 or ARM CPUs.
Excellent communication and partnership skills.

Join the NVIDIA Developer Tools team and empower engineers throughout the world developing groundbreaking products in AI, Automotive, Gaming, and High Performance Computing. See your efforts in action as developers use your tools to profile and analyze the performance of their applications and systems. Enable 3rd party tools developers to write sophisticated tools using the profiling API that you develop. Innovate as you help define the performance analysis capability of future generations of NVIDIA GPUs. We are seeking a senior software developer to join our effort to advance the state of performance analysis and tuning for GPUs. You will apply your skills in software development and design, your experience in optimizing application performance, as well as your knowledge of compute architecture to craft word-class tools that provide impactful feedback to compute developers.
