What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Architect and develop advanced RTOS and hypervisor capabilities for next-generation use cases
- Design and implement scalable core OS mechanisms such as scheduling and memory management
- Apply formal methods to ensure correctness and predictable behavior of the architecture
- Design and implement core virtualization features leveraging hardware-assisted virtualization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve high-performance system behavior
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in embedded software development, specifically in RTOS and hypervisor development
- Proficiency in C and C++
- Deep understanding of ARMv8 / ARM 64-bit architecture and low-level system programming
- Strong skills in designing scalable, high-performance embedded software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with high-assurance systems and mixed-criticality environments
- Familiarity with formal verification techniques and tools
- Knowledge of advanced operating system concepts and virtualization technologies
- Previous work in the automotive industry or related fields
- Contributions to open-source projects related to RTOS or hypervisor development
