  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Prepare federal and state tax workpapers and file returns ensuring compliance with regulations
  - Conduct detailed analysis of book to tax differences and support quarterly and year-end U.S. tax provisions
  - Negotiate with tax officials to resolve tax issues and claims for refunds
  - Perform research on tax laws and regulations, making recommendations to reduce corporate tax liability
  - Complete various statistical and financial reports as required by Tax Management
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
  - At least 6 years of relevant experience in corporate tax strategy, including 2 years with a Public Accounting firm
  - Strong knowledge of tax accounting techniques and principles, and thorough understanding of relevant tax rules and regulations
  - Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel knowledge preferred
  - Strong written and oral communication skills, with attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Proficiency with OneSource tax software
  - CPA certification (not required, but a plus)
  - Advanced knowledge of Excel functions and capabilities
  - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks under pressure
