      An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Team Administrator to join our Croydon MH Primary Care Support Service team for the Croydon Directorate South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. Working closely with nursing staff and the Admin Lead.

      Main duties of the job

      The successful applicant will have robust organisational, communication and interpersonal skills and will also be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes including Outlook, Word and Excel. The post holder will be comfortable with IT and be keen to learn new software packages and processes.

      The role will manage the diaries of Psychiatrists within the team so good organisational and diary management skills are essential, as is the ability to work under pressure to meet targets. Contact with patients will be largely by phone and letter. The post-holder will be required to attend regular administration team meetings as well as relevant clinical meetings and take the minutes.
