What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the functional and technical expert for customer engagement teams, focusing on ServiceNow integrations
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms, ensuring best practices are followed
- Develop integration strategies and architectures tailored to customer needs and business outcomes
- Act as a subject matter expert to resolve complex user issues related to integrations and AI solutions
- Analyze and improve existing system configurations to enhance performance and support future needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 5 years of experience in configuration/development for complex integration technologies
- Proven ability to influence and consult in varied customer environments, providing thought leadership
- Maintenance of at least 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- Extensive experience with integration technologies such as Web Services (REST/SOAP), middleware, and SaaS technologies
- Strong Javascript skills and experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Studio IDE and APIs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AI models, particularly Generative AI, and related tools on the ServiceNow platform
- Familiarity with data management, database design, and enterprise technologies like LDAP and SSO
- Experience with self-hosted implementations and domain separation
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to mentor and develop talent within a team environment
