What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the technical expert for IT Asset Management (ITAM) by configuring Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) capabilities
- Support ITAM-specific process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis during customer workshops
- Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow ITAM Solution’s standard capabilities
- Lead customer design workshops and guide documentation for technical aspects of the solution
- Develop required integration and portal components, ensuring quality deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations in HAM and SAM
- Minimum of 5 years of configuration/development experience with complex technologies, including integrations and portals
- Proven ability to influence and consult within ITAM, providing thought leadership to stakeholders
- Experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, etc.) and SaaS technologies
- Strong understanding of ITAM leading practices and related systems such as CMDB, SAM, and HAM
