What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the technical expert in configuring Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) capabilities
- Support process definition, improvement, and gap analysis during workshops with customers
- Advise customers on leveraging the ServiceNow ITAM Solution's standard capabilities
- Lead customer design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform and ITAM technology
- Develop integration components and prepare customer-facing deliverables ensuring quality solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, and relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations in HAM and SAM
- At least 5 years of configuration/development experience with complex technologies, including integrations and portals
- Strong understanding of ITAM best practices and related systems such as CMDB, SAM, and HAM
- Proficiency in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, etc.) and SaaS technologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude

- Experience influencing and consulting within ITAM, providing thought leadership to stakeholders
- Proven ability to work effectively as a team player and team builder
- Familiarity with middleware, LDAP, SSO, and other related technologies
