      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the technical expert in configuring Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) capabilities using best practices
      - Support process definition, re-engineering, and gap analysis during workshops with key customer sponsors and stakeholders
      - Advise customers on leveraging ServiceNow ITAM solutions to enhance their capabilities
      - Lead design workshops focused on ServiceNow Platform and ITAM technology
      - Oversee project delivery and solution implementation, ensuring quality of configured solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification and relevant Solution-Specific Certified Implementation Specialist designations in HAM and SAM
      - Minimum of 5 years of configuration/development experience with complex technologies, including integrations and portals
      - Proven ability to influence and consult within ITAM, providing thought leadership to stakeholders
      - Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, etc.) and SaaS technologies
      - Strong understanding of ITAM best practices and related tools such as CMDB, SAM, and HAM
