      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage integration workstreams to meet delivery timelines and achieve results
      - Become an expert on Workday functionality, configuration, and technology
      - Conduct discovery sessions to understand customers' integration requirements
      - Design and implement integrations that satisfy complex customer and vendor needs
      - Assist in testing integrations and provide knowledge transfer sessions for post-production success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5+ years of demonstrated integration experience in Human Resources, Payroll, and Integration domains
      - Minimum 4+ years of experience consulting as an Advisory or Architect on customer implementations
      - Minimum 5+ years of experience in architecture, design, and building integration solutions
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Finance or Accounting
      - Proven ability to coordinate deliverables and ensure client timelines are met

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience contributing to customer satisfaction with integration products and services
      - Ability to lead project teams through integration discovery and scoping phases
      - Engagement in the sales cycle to help scope integration projects
      - Experience providing consultative support to junior-level consultants
      - Knowledge sharing on financial integration topics with teammates
