      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support for medical devices, ensuring compliance with quality systems and regulations
      - Troubleshoot and diagnose device faults and failures, assisting with repairs in collaboration with international partners
      - Conduct assembly and disassembly of devices, interpreting service logs and component test methods
      - Serve as a subject matter expert, contributing to product support and monitoring functions
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and improve processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese
      - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent military experience
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in medical device cGMP service or a comparable support role
      - Proven ability to work independently and lead teams to meet deadlines
      - Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in product management, particularly with mechanical ventilation or respiratory care products
      - Background in customer support, including phone-based troubleshooting
      - Familiarity with Field Replaceable Unit (FRU) service model processes
      - Proficiency in SAP or similar enterprise database systems
      - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
