What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead large cross-functional programs across various teams to deliver strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Own program execution by managing scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment
- Translate high-level business goals into clear systems and technical requirements for scalable solutions
- Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks while negotiating trade-offs amid changing priorities
- Collaborate with teams to improve processes and drive operational efficiency across tools and workflows
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Operations, or a similar role within a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional programs across multiple systems and teams
- Strong program management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of system architecture, data flows, and integration, with the ability to manage technical risks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with roadmap planning, scoping, and discovery for large-scale initiatives
- Skilled in defining and documenting requirements and managing dependencies
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on clear and empathetic interactions
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities effectively
