What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the entire process from intake to roadmap to launch, continuously improving governance and stage gates
- Lead weekly Critical Project Reviews (CPR) and maintain executive-ready dashboards in Jira/Confluence
- Deliver cross-functional programs by orchestrating planning, dependency management, and execution across various teams
- Collaborate with SRE, Security, and Compliance on reliability, compliance, and incident management
- Define KPIs to measure impact and tie outcomes to member/provider experiences and business goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading large-scale technical programs, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
- Proven ability to run executive forums and create dashboards in Jira/Confluence
- Technical fluency to discuss architecture, services, data pipelines, and APIs
- Experience with Agile/Lean methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Familiarity with regulated environments, particularly in healthcare, with knowledge of HIPAA/SOC 2
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Exposure to AWS services, Customer.io, Retool, contact center tooling, or analytics/ML platforms
- Experience in running programs with a focus on organizational-wide adoption of best practices
