      Compensation includes a base salary of $85,500.00 - $128,300.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

      Job Description

      The Cox Talent Acquisition (CTA) team is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team which will support Technology recruiting for our RapidScale business. RapidScale is a growing leader in secure, reliable managed cloud solutions, with a broad portfolio spanning AWS, Azure and Google to a full set of Private Cloud and Cybersecurity solutions.

      In the SeniorTechnical Recruiter role you will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting for Technology hiring for RapidScale throughout the United States, with roles ranging from Director to individual contributor level. The ideal candidate will excel in our five capability areas within Cox Talent Acquisition, which includes Agility, Collaboration, Communication, Consultation, and Critical Thinking.

      This role is open to hybrid work arrangements but must be based in Raleigh or Atlanta.

      What You Will Do in Your Role:

      • Full Cycle Recruiting: You will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting for Technology hiring (Software Engineering, Data, Security, Product, etc.) for RapidScale throughout the United States, with roles ranging from Director to individual contributor level.
      • Culture Champion: Act as a role model for embodying our empowered people principles, influencing others to adopt these principles in daily interactions. Proactively fosters an inclusive, empowered work culture, serving as a key advocate for a positive and collaborative environment across teams.
      • Recruiting Subject Matter Expert: Recognized as a go-to resource within the recruiting team and sought after by customers, peers, and leaders for expertise in recruitment practices and company culture. Actively provides guidance, insights, and solutions to complex recruiting challenges.
      • Influencer and Coach: Demonstrate a strong ability to influence recruitment strategies, drive shifts in mental models, and apply company culture. Consistently builds hiring manager capabilities by coaching and influencing better decision-making and business outcomes.
      • Versatility and Agility: Deliver a consistently high level of service and partnership across different customers, roles, and business areas. Adaptable to changing business needs, ensuring seamless support regardless of the situation.
      • Autonomous Decision-Maker: Capable of independently navigating complex challenges, shifting priorities, and high-impact projects. Make informed decisions with minimal oversight, driving success even in uncertain or dynamic environments.
      • Process Innovation & Technology: Champion the adoption of emerging recruiting technologies, including artificial intelligence, to enhance team efficiency, streamline workflows, and reduce manual tasks. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives with customer groups to optimize recruitment processes and deliver value-driven results.

      Minimum Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years’ experience in a related field; a master’s degree and 2 years’ experience. In lieu of a degree, 8 years of experience in a related field will be considered.
      • Minimum of 4 years’ experience recruiting for technology, data science, or software development roles in a professional, corporate, or staffing environment. This includes individual contributor and leadership level roles.

      Preferred Requirements:

      • Experience with various ATS and CRM’s (EX: Workday, SuccessFactors, Beamery, Greenhouse, Smashfly, Pipedrive, etc.)
      • Experience leading Recruiting team members
      • Experience recruiting in the MSP and/or Cloud Industry
      • Experience with Workday ATS
