      We’re searching for a U.S.-based Senior Technical Solutions Consultant to join our Professional Services team, so that we can deliver high-impact technical implementations and extend solution value across our growing client base. The Senior Technical Solutions Consultant will design, configure, and deploy tailored technical solutions, supporting both new implementations and enhancements for existing RLDatix customers.

      How You’ll Spend Your Time

      · Develop technical solutions using the Microsoft stack to build, extend, and customize platform functionality

      · Execute data migrations, integrations, testing, and deployment to deliver smooth, end-to-end implementations

      · Train clients on system capabilities and technical workflows in order to drive adoption and confidence in the solution

      · Mentor fellow consultants to strengthen the technical delivery team’s knowledge and performance

      · Lead or contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, independently or within cross-functional teams

      What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

      · Senior experience in Microsoft stack development (VB.NET, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, IIS)

      · Strong expertise in T-SQL and XML (LINQ, Xpath)

      · Experience in technical consulting, configuration, and system integration for business software solutions

      · Familiarity with Azure DevOps for tracking bugs, issues, and tasks

      · Bonus points for experience with JSON, eSignature APIs, OpenOffice XML, and debugging 3rd party applications

      · Sincere interest in healthcare technology and solving real-world problems through technical design

      · A knack for working independently in a fully remote, fast-paced client-facing environment
