Senior Tenancy Enforcement Officer
PO2: Starting salary £39,615 pa
Contract type: Permanent

We are looking for an experienced talented and enthusiastic person who is passionate about providing excellent customer services to our residents
As a senior practitioner within the Tenancy Enforcement team you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to all staff within the enforcement service to ensure that nuisance and anti-social behaviour is managed effectively.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that staff within the team deliver an efficient, responsive and proactive enforcement service
You have experience in dealing with serious cases of anti-social behaviour and breaches of tenancy conditions or equivalent situations and have experience of working with partners in a multi-agency environment, with the ability to provide advice on complex solutions to ASB problems including preventative measures
To be successful, you will have a good understanding of housing and ASB related legislation and best practice.
