      Job Description:

      - Test and troubleshoot RF devices and modules using automated test equipment and circuit design documentation
      - Support and teach test technicians how to perform various written test procedures.
      - Developing Automated Test system(s) to be used for MACOM products.
      - Develop and maintain ATE software solutions used in manufacturing
      - Support Manufacturing Test for a variety of products, discrete devices to modules
      - Facilitate new products transitions from engineering to manufacturing
      - Coordinate with Product Engineering to communicate future Test requirements
      - Develop and coordinate activities focused on testing of products and systems.
      - Work closely with and provide feedback to design and manufacturing engineers
      - Perform Calibration and Test while Troubleshooting product
      - Analyze test data and write formal reports on findings
      - Determine Root-cause test failures to ensure issues are understood
      - Develop and implement enhancements as part of continuous improvement
      - Document new test procedures as required.
      - Supporting overall global test programs so occasional travel required.

      Technical Background:


      - Understand RF and digital hardware architectures and design
      - Working knowledge of PCIe, I2C, SPI technologies
      - Able to debug RF Test systems
      - Be able to communicate engineering concepts clearly and concisely
      - Able to analyze parametric data and make sense of what it represents in the real world
      - Software experience (writing, editing, debugging scripts, Python, VB/C/C++ etc.)

      Qualifications:


      - BS/MS in electrical engineering or equivalent
      - +5 years of test experience with 2 years semiconductor test experience preferred
      - Prefer some experience with VNAs, Spectrum Analyzers and RF/DC source automation, semiconductor testing, measurement techniques to verify - and validate product requirements
